Operated vs. Bare Rental

This crane can be booked as either an operated rental or a bare rental.

Operated rental is the standard for most CEI jobs. It includes a certified crane operator, rigger support where the lift calls for it, and coordination with your site team from the pre-lift through completion. Operated rental is the fastest path to a lift being done safely and on schedule.

Bare rental is available for qualified customers who supply their own trained and certified operator, proof of insurance, and any additional documentation the site or lift plan requires. Bare rental terms are confirmed on a per-project basis based on lift complexity, duration, and customer qualifications.

Pricing

CEI prices operated rentals based on crane class, lift duration, mobilization distance, and any additional crew, rigging, or logistics support the scope requires. Single-day jobs are quoted at a day rate with a defined hour window. Extended projects are structured around weekly or monthly terms so budgeting stays predictable. Every quote is tied to a confirmed scope, site conditions, and time window. If any of those shift after work begins, we walk through the change with you and confirm the pricing adjustment before it reaches the invoice. Bare rental rates and terms are quoted separately.

Service Area

CEI Crane & Rigging is headquartered in Massillon, Ohio and dispatches equipment across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia for regular commercial work. Regional and long-haul deployments are coordinated based on project scope, access requirements, and schedule, and CEI has supported projects across the United States and internationally when the job calls for it. Before booking, we confirm mobilization distance, permit routing, and setup timing so the deployment plan is clear from day one.
